FDA says e-cigarette company cannot market menthol products
The Federal Drug Administration says e-cigarette company Vuse Solo cannot market menthol flavored products. The FDA says non-tobacco flavored e-cigarettes, including menthol, have a “known and substantial risk with regard to youth appeal, uptake, and use.” A 2022 study by the FDA and CDC reported 85% of teenage vapers opted for flavored e-cigarettes.
