Kimberly Hermann: NARA’s original timeline to release then-VP Biden’s emails was ten years

Southeastern Legal Foundation Executive Director Kimberly Hermann says the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) initially said it would take ten years to review and release 82,000 pages of emails it preserved from then Vice President Joe Biden’s pseudonym email accounts. Hermann says that after narrowing their request, NARA has moved the timetable to two to three years. “There is no dispute now that these are of the utmost importance to the public,” says Hermann.
