Rep. Green addresses threat of Chinese military aged men crossing the southern border

House Homeland Security Chairman Mark Green (R-TN) says 28,000 Chinese nationals entered the United States through the southern border last year. “Now something’s going on there, right? The Chinese government is the most surveilled state. You have to get permission, have a certain credit score before you can get on a plane and fly to Ecuador and walk into the United States,” says Rep. Green. Prior to FY2023, the highest recorded number of Chinese nationals entering the U.S. was 1,800.
