Rep. Mike Turner questions DOJ's 'abuse of discretion'

Representative Mike Turner speaks on CNN, asking if there is an abuse of discretion by the DOJ.

Turner, "Do we have an abuse of discretion here to spend 9 hours in Mar-a-Lago and what was the basis of that , that he said had to be the option to chose this as opposed to going to the court, saying I have a subpoena , Judge, order the former president to deliver these documents to us and of course he would be a that point subject to contempt of court and they didn't do any of that."
