Sen. Blumenthal: US needs options to deal with TikTok

During a press conference with Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) in Washington Thursday, Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) ) said the U.S. needs to lay out all of its options for handling TikTok’s abuse of American data. Sen. Blumenthal said the Chinese social media app needs consequences not just for collecting and storing surveilled information, but for also failing to be transparent to America.
