Sen. Johnson: US needs to stop fueling a ‘bloody stalemate’ and end the Ukraine-Russia war

Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) says the Ukraine-Russia war has essentially devolved into a proxy war between the West and the Kremlin. “Vladimir Putin is an evil war criminal. But the only way this war ends is with a negotiated settlement,” says Sen. Johnson. “I see no strategy to take or bring Putin to the negotiating table.”
