Ukraine: 4 dead in Russian shelling in Kharkiv
At least four people were killed and nine others wounded in shelling of central Kharkiv on Tuesday, Oleh Synehubov, head of the regional military administration, wrote on his official Telegram channel. “All emergency services are working on the spot,” to help those injured, the post read.
