Woman plows through crowd in Florida's Smyrna Dunes Park

A car plowed into the water in Florida's Smyrna Dunes Park, narrowly avoiding families and their dogs. The driver, a 26-year-old woman, was charged with a DUI and reckless driving. No injuries were reported.
