Ukraine officials say 32 people killed, 80 wounded from Russian missile strikes
"Only scoundrels can act like this. Taking the lives of ordinary people," President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote on social media.
Ukrainian officials estimated that thirty-two people have been killed and more than 80 others have been wounded as a result of two Russian ballistic missile strikes that hit the city of Sumy early on Sunday.
The attack was among the most deadliest strikes on Ukraine to take place this year.
"Only scoundrels can act like this. Taking the lives of ordinary people," President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote on social media.
Rescuers workers are currently on the scene at the site of the attack.
Ukrainian Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko said the amount of people injured is currently 83, including 7 children.
