Biden, most lawmakers, Cabinet officials shaking hands without masks at State of the Union

Most lawmakers and Biden Administration Cabinet officials were seen shaking hands without masks during President Biden's first State of the Union address at the Capitol building on Tuesday evening. 

The Capitol physician recently dropped the mask mandate for the State of the Union address. 

The mask mandate in Washington D.C. has also ended.

Biden shook hands with lawmakers as he entered the chamber for the address and was not wearing a mask.
