Sean "Diddy" Combs' ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura testified Tuesday during the hip-hop artist's sex-trafficking trial that the "freak-off" parties he would have could sometimes last for days.

Ventura said the "freak offs" became her primary job, and she didn't have time to do anything else, including advancing her music career.

"Staying out for days on end, taking drugs and drinking, having sex with a stranger," she said in court, according to NBC News. "They would be 36, 48, 72 hours, the longest one was four days."

Prosecutors say the charges against Combs are in relation to “elaborate and produced sex performances” known as “freak offs.”

Combs, 55, faces charges of transportation to engage in prostitution, racketeering and sex trafficking. He was arrested in September 2024 in Manhattan and has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Ventura said while she recorded multiple songs, she was only able to release one studio album and one mixtape because of the freak offs. She said there was "no space to do anything else."

"Sean decided I could not release another album," she said.

The trial for Combs is taking place in Manhattan and is expected to last for eight weeks.

Ventura made headlines last year after a video surfaced showing Combs beating her up as she stood at the elevator and tried to leave the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles in March 2016.
