Classmate of Trump shooting suspect describes him as loner who was bullied

A classmate of the suspect in the assassination attempt on former President Trump described him as a loner who was bullied, according to a local news reporter for KDKA.

The high school classmate of the suspect also said that he often wore hunting clothes to class.

"We are hearing from the first classmate of Thomas Crooks. His Bethel Park classmate described him as a loner who was bullied relentlessly and wore 'hunting' outfits often in class," read a post from a KDKA reporter with a photo of the classmate. 

The suspected gunman was killed after he opened fire on Trump while he was speaking at the podium during a campaign rally in Butler, Pa. on Saturday.
