Ohio voters backed a constitutional right to abortion in Tuesday’s election.

The Associated Press projected that the majority of Ohio voters answered yes to whether there should be a right to abortion in the state constitution.

The call was made with about 40% of the vote in, according to the latest election data.

According to the ballot text, a yes vote would give individuals the “right to make and carry out one’s own reproductive decisions.”

AP also projected that Ohio voters approved an effort to legalize recreational marijuana in the state.

The decision makes Ohio the 24th state in the nation to legalize recreational marijuana.
