Video shows Hunter Biden smoking, drinking at detox program: report
Months before declaring his presidential candidacy, Biden reportedly wired his son tens of thousands of dollars
An alleged video from Hunter Biden's infamous laptop shows him smoking and drinking naked during a detox program just weeks after his father gave him thousands of dollars for the program.
Hunter Biden, 52, appears to have filmed himself at the now-defunct Blue Water Wellness in Newburyport, Massachusetts, on Jan. 30, 2019, according to text messages reviewed by The Daily Mail.
Hunter Biden lamented his money concerns, including alimony, rehab and tuition for his children, in a Dec. 5, 2018 text message to his father.
Joe Biden, who declared his presidential candidacy months later, messaged his son back the next day saying, "'75 being wired today. Love."
On Jan. 2, 2019, Joe Biden told Hunter he was having someone wire $20,000 into his bank account for a three-month detox program in New York City.
Later that month, however, Hunter Biden attended the Massachusetts wellness center instead, video shows.
The cell phone video from his laptop shows Hunter Biden floating in a sensory deprivation tank, smoking and drinking.
Around the same time in January 2019, Hunter Biden texted a woman with a Russian email address about a plan to wire money without arousing bank suspicions, according to text message evidence obtained by Congress and shown to Just the News last week.
