Minnesota GOP state representative reveals loophole in Minnesota vouching law

Engen blasted Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon for supporting efforts to prosecute and jail James O'Keefe, Cam Higby and Anthony Rubin.

Minnesota GOP State Representative Elliott Engen said there is a loophole in Minnesota’s vouching law that permits apartment building owners and employees to vouch for an unlimited number of unregistered voters.

Engen blasted Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon for supporting efforts to prosecute and jail James O'Keefe, Cam Higby and Anthony Rubin.

O'Keefe and Higby appeared in a video that showed Minneapolis polling workers answering their questions as unregistered voters.
