Kid Rock spotted drinking Bud Light after shooting cans in viral video
Rock's own restaurant in Nashville, the Honky Tonk Rock & Roll Steakhouse, continued to serve Bud Light throughout the controversy.
Musician Kid Rock went viral earlier this year for a video in which he used a firearm to destroy cans of Bud Light to protest the brand's partnership with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney, but he appears to have been spotted drinking the beer in recent photos.
A Thursday photo shows Rock enjoying a Bud Light at a Colt Ford concert in Nashville, TMZ reported. Rock's April video showed him obliterate several 12-packs, before stating "f--- Bud Light and f---Anheuser Busch."
The brand's disastrous partnership with Mulvaney prompted a major boycott that saw the brand lose its status as the nation's top-selling beer. Sales have not recovered.
