On Eve of Tax Day, Watchdog raises alarm on ‘IRS being weaponized’ against Americans

David Williams, President of the Taxpayers Protection Alliance, discusses the massive data leak of Americans private tax information on the eve of Tax Day and raises the alarm on the “IRS being weaponized” against “high earners”. Williams remarks that while he may disagree with the “ideologies” of some of the Billionaires who had their tax information illegally released, it is the “rogue element inside of the IRS” that is “very concerning”, as what’s to stop them from going after “conservatives” or “progressives”. Commenting, “this is an across the board problem, so this is an alarm bell that needs to be ringing a lot”.
