Fmr. Amb. John Bolton: US needs to be ‘more forceful’, establish ‘No Fly Zone’ in western Ukraine

Former National Security Adviser John Bolton, discusses the Biden Administration’s current policy towards Russia invading Ukraine, saying that the sanctions that Biden was going to inflict on Ukraine were in effort to deter Putin from wanting to invade Ukraine, understanding that the “cost inflicted would be so severe, he could not possibly benefit from invading”, commenting that when he did invade, the United States policy had “failed”. Bolton saying that now President Biden must, “increase the the pressure of the sanctions”, while also putting “a complete travel ban on all Russian citizens”, and “at a minimum consider a no fly zone in the western part of Ukraine for humanitarian purposes”, due to almost “two and a half million Ukrainians, mostly women and children who are crossing borders”.
