Louisiana AG Landry: 500,000 people waiting to flood the border, Biden repealing Title 42, a plan ‘to destabilize’ America

Illegal migrants, primarily Guatemalan minors, Sept. 9, 2021, Guatemala City, Guatemala.

Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, discusses his recent lawsuit against the Biden Administration, suing to stop its reversal of the Title 42 restrictions that have kept illegal migrants from flooding the southern border. The Attorney General comments that this is a “class example” for the American people to realize, “what the Democratic Party's politics are and President Biden's politics, where they grant greater rights to non-citizens than they do to our own citizens.” Saying that the restrictions, which are to be lifted in May, would allow the 500,000 people currently waiting at the border to cross into the United States. The Attorney General calls the situation, “a crisis literally on the horizon”, and emphasizes why it is necessary for Attorney General’s to sue to “address the immigration issue” that the federal government is failing to address, saying that it puts an “unfair” amount of pressure on states, their budgets, and services.
