Trump says he is flying back on old Air Force One and is 'number one' on Iran's kill list
Trump had traveled in the new jet to the NATO summit in Turkey this week, but told reporters at a press conference that he'd be returning to the U.S. in an older plane used as Air Force One "for old time's sake."
President Donald Trump confirmed Wednesday that he is flying back to the United States on the old Air Force One and sending the new one from Qatar to the United Kingdom, stating he is "number one" on Iran's kill list.
The comment comes after Trump declared that the ceasefire between the U.S. and Iran was over after Iran struck ships in the Strait of Hormuz earlier this week. The U.S. also sanctioned Iran's oil sales in retribution for the attacks.

“I’m number one on the kill list for Iran,” Trump said when asked about the switch, according to The Hill. “I don’t really care because I’m doing my job ... But I’m number one on the list for killing."
When questioned further about his decision not to take the new plane, the president said it was being sent to military bases in the United Kingdom “where we can show it to the people.”
"We’ll be going home by normal methods,” he said. “But we have it going to Europe to a couple of bases, actually one in particular, but it’s going to a couple of bases so the soldiers can see it because it’s truly magnificent.”
Trump also commented that he was most likely Iran's top target because its previous leaders have been killed.
“They had leaders; they’re gone, and they had another set of leaders; they’re gone,” he said. “Now they have another set of leaders, they may be gone, who knows, and you know what, I may be gone too, because I’m their No. 1 target.”
The U.S. struck multiple Iranian targets on Tuesday and Wednesday and has warned more attacks could come if Iran launches more strikes.
