Mohamed Sabry Soliman, 45, has been charged with 118 counts related to his alleged terror attack on a vigil for Israeli hostages in Gaza last weekend.

Among those charges are 56 crime-of-violence counts, 28 first-degree-attempted-murder counts, and an assortment of counts related to assault and the use of incendiary devices, The Hill reported.

The incident in Boulder, Colo., saw 15 people sustain injuries, though no fatalities have yet been reported. Soliman's family is now in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Authorities have confirmed he overstayed a tourist visa and is an Egyptian national.

A federal judge has temporarily blocked the deportation of his family.
