D.C. warns of measles exposure after traveler returns from abroad
The individual in question passed through Dulles between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Jan. 3. They passed through Reagan on Jan. 4 between 2:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
The District of Columbia Health Department on Tuesday warned residents of potential exposure to measles after a traveler with a confirmed case passed through two airports in the area.
The passenger was returning from international travel and first passed through Dulles International Airport before arriving at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport the following day. The Department recommended that any individuals who might have been exposed to watch for symptoms and to self-isolate should they develop any.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regards adults who have received two doses of a vaccine or were born before 1957 as protected against the disease.
