Pennsylvania residents voted in the state primaries on Tuesday, selecting President Joe Biden, and former President Donald Trump to represent their parties in the presidential election this November.

Trump and Biden have already gathered enough delegates to secure their party’s nominations, but still appeared on the ballots alongside challengers Democratic Minnesota Rep. Dean Phillips, and former United Nations ambassador Nikki Haley. Phillips and Haley have both suspended their presidential campaigns.

Trump has gained 16 delegates with 68.4% of the vote as of press time, according to the Associated Press, but 67 are up for grabs. While Biden has won 120 delegates with 95.7% at the time of publishing. A total of 159 delegates are up for grabs for Biden.

The votes for Trump and Biden were largely expected, but some Democrats were also watching the uncommitted vote, which was hoping to secure 40,000 votes as a protest to the president’s handling of the Israel-Palestinian conflict.

Voters also cast ballots for the Senate, where incumbent Democratic Sen. Bob Casey won the Democratic nomination, and Republican hopeful Dave McCormick won the Republican nomination. Both ran unopposed, and the race is expected to be one of the most competitive in November, where Republicans are hoping to flip the upper chamber.

Several House races were also called on Tuesday, where incumbent GOP Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick beat his challenger Mark Houck for the GOP nomination for the first district, according to the Associated Press. Former Army pilot Ashley Ehasz ran unopposed for the Democratic nomination.

Democratic Rep. Susan Wild is also running unopposed for her party’s nomination in the seventh district, but there are three challengers for the GOP nomination. No winner has been declared in the Republican race so far, but Wild only won the district by two points in 2022 according to ABC News, making it a crucial seat for November.
