After the Colorado Supreme Court this week ruled that former President Donald Trump had incited an insurrection and was therefore ineligible to run for the White House under the 14th Amendment, Texas GOP Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick floated booting President Joe Biden from the state ballot in retaliation.
