More than 50% of public have unfavorable view of Musk, 29% approve of DOGE: Poll

The poll found that 52% have an unfavorable opinion of Musk while 36% have a favorable view.
When asked if they support President Donald Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency, or DOGE, which Musk is leading, 39% said they disapprove and only 29% approve.
Entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy announced shortly after the inauguration that he would be leaving DOGE.
The survey found that most people view "red tape, such as government regulations and bureaucracy" as major problems. However, 23% said they supported eliminating certain federal agencies and just 29% said they supported eliminating large numbers of federal jobs.
On the question about requiring federal workers to return to the office full-time, 43% of respondents said they agreed with the move, 34% didn't have an opinion and 22% said they opposed the decision.
