A source in Peru has stated that Joran Van der Sloot may be transferred to U.S. authorities by mid-June as the latest to face federal fraud and extortion charges related to Natalee Holloway's case. Van der Sloot is currently serving a 28-year sentence for the murder of Stephany Flores.
