Rob Burgess, Executive Director of Americans for Pharma Reform, lambasts the way Big Pharma monopolized the COVID pandemic. “When you look at COVID-19 relief, when you look at everything that happened because of the COVID-19 pandemic, ultimately what we need to realize is Big Pharma has not been looking at patients or consumers as their customer. They’ve been looking at the C-suite, they’ve been looking at the stockholders as their customers,” he says.
