Tom Fitton: Judge Engoron used his court authority to destroy Trump’s businesses

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton says there’s no situation where it was appropriate for New York Judge Arthur Engoron to speak with a lawyer about former President Donald Trump’s civil fraud trial. Attorneys for Trump filed a motion Thursday to recuse Engoron after lawyer Adam Leitman Bailey told NBC he spoke with the judge weeks before the verdict.
