Hundreds of U.S. citizens have been cleared to leave Gaza and can start as early as Thursday, amid Israel's escalating war in Gaza in which thousands have reportedly already died.
Sources told Fox News that 400 U.S. citizens have been cleared and could leave as soon as Thursday.
The State Department is working to get more citizens out and has assign them dates to be able to leave Gaza, according to reports.
The death toll from the war is unclear, with reports ranging from 6,000-8,000 dead, many from rocket strikes.
