Turkey's presidential election goes to runoff, with incumbent Erdogan slightly ahead of challenger

Turkey’s presidential election will go to a runoff with incumbent Recep Tayyip Erdogan leading his challenger but without enough votes to become the outright winner, election officials said Monday.
