Ukrainian Presidential Adviser responds after Russia suspends grain export deal

Ukrainian Presidential Adviser Tymofiy Mylovanov responded to Russia's accusations that Ukraine has been using grain shipments as a cover for military activities by pointing out that these vessels are monitored every step of their journey and Ukraine has the evidence to demontrate Russia's claims to be false.
